We are a Canberra based mindfulness program, implementing wellbeing through movement, mindfulness activities and tailored programs to suit the needs of educators and children in schools. At MEDY, we believe in helping teachers facilitate a culture of mindfulness through movement and meditation, embedding a practice to support children to develop their inner voice, build confidence and autonomy.

Mindfulness, Yoga and Dance are key ingredients in supporting and promoting confidence, self love, calmness and emotional regulation, which is especially vital in the growing and evolving brain.
Starting with a few minutes each day and growing to using yoga and dance as a natural part of your daily routine will provide more mindful experiences for you and your students.

Serena has had a vision to support children's social, emotional and physical wellbeing through movement and mindfulness for over 10 years. She and her husband Mathew began this journey, building a business to support educators back in 2015. Since then, it has evolved from an online platform to personal, in school support, supporting children and educators in better understanding their emotions, behaviours and bodies.
We offer a range of experiences designed for childcare, preschool, primary and high school students aimed at supporting mental and physical health and wellbeing. Our programs are tailored to suit all age groups and can be modified to suit the needs of both your students and school's focus.
