With more than 10 years experience as a Primary School Teacher, Dance Coach and Yoga instructor, Serena is the ideal person to bring wellbeing into your school.

With experience teaching in 5 states and territories across Australia, (including the Torres Strait) as well as in the USA, Holland and Switzerland, Serena is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of mindfulness, meditation and movement with educators and students. She is committed to creating a culture of mindfulness in schools, giving children and educators the tools to improve wellbeing through movement, for all children.
Serena endeavours to make mindfulness a part of the culture of the community of the school, through dance, meditation and movement. She believes in integrating units across the curriculum to place less stress on teachers, while providing engaging, mindful experiences to support the social and emotional wellbeing of all children.
We offer a range of experiences designed for childcare, preschool, primary and high school students aimed at supporting mental and physical health and wellbeing. Our programs are tailored to suit all age groups and can be modified to suit the needs of both your students and school's focus.
