Mindful Little Yogis
Our targeted yoga sessions will lead your students through a flowing sequence aimed at improving balance, stability and muscle strength.
Children will also engage in breathing exercises, meditation and mindfulness activities to support their emotional wellbeing, emotional regulation, confidence and resilience. Teachers will also receive resources, lesson plans and additional activities to further support their students.
Let's Dance!
We offer a range of dance sessions which are sure to engage and develop your students' understanding of movement, culture, history and music. The students will be immersed in a range of cultural dance styles, learn choreographic devices and build strength and flexibility.
Programs can be integrated and tailored to your teaching and learning needs and include additional resources, lesson plans and activities to follow on with in the classroom.
Diverse Movers
These sessions are specifically designed for children who require additional support, have sensory needs, engage in alternative learning programs or those who work better in smaller groups.
Tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students, children are encouraged through games, music, movement and stories.
Lets Celebrate!
Providing creative, unique and inspiring choreography, we can support and prepare your students for a range of celebrations and events.
From Year 6 Graduation to parades, school open days and dance competitions, we can help you create a performance to astonish the parents and school community.
High School
Mindful Yogis
Our high school yoga sessions can be tailored to meet the physical and emotional needs of your students.
Sessions are available for girls, boys or mixed sessions where students will focus on linking their breath, emotions and thoughts to their body movements, becoming more focused and aware of how their mental, emotional and physical bodies connect.
Pre-school and Childcare
We offer a range of experiences designed for childcare, preschool, primary and high school students aimed at supporting mental and physical health and wellbeing. Our programs are tailored to suit all age groups and can be modified to suit the needs of both your students and school's focus.
